Usernames and Passwords
How do I choose a password that's easy for me to remember but hard for others to guess?
Try this... Think of a short phrase that's very well known to you, and use the first letter of each word in the sentence as your password. This will usually result in something that's not in any dictionary, so would be hard for others to guess. And if you really need to write the phrase down somewhere, at least it may not be so obvious to others that it's a password.

Keeping your password safe
How can I ensure that people don't guess my password?
Good rules of thumb are:
- change your password from time to time
- don't use the same password for everything you do
- avoid using real words, for instance by including some numbers in your password
