Switching broadband is easy

BT has recently made it very easy to switch from other broadband providers.

Once you've chosen your BT Total Broadband Option, you just need to get your MAC then place your order online.

Your MAC (Migration Authority Code) is a series of numbers and letters required to authorise your broadband transfer from your provider. When your current contract ends, call your provider and ask for your MAC (they must supply it within five days after you've requested it).

To find out more about switching to BT, including an easy way to inform your existing provider, go to How to switch
